With over a decade of experience in healthcare management and leadership, Megan Bonney embarked on her career journey at CHI St. Vincent in 2015 as an Administrative Fellow. Since then, she has continuously demonstrated her commitment and passion for advancing healthcare services.

Throughout her tenure, Bonney has played pivotal roles, from Planning Analyst for Strategy and Business Development to the Director of Orthopedic Services in 2019. In this role, she directed and led the strategic growth of CHI St. Vincent's orthopedic services, showcasing her ability to drive positive change within the organization.
